We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our supportive and friendly team as a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources manager is the go-to person for all employee-related needs. Responsibilities will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and more. Our people are our most important asset and the Human Resources Manager will be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace. Promoting our values and keeping to our positive culture is a vital aspect of the HR Manager role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Creating job descriptions for hiring needs
• Overseeing onboarding process and job training
• Oversee and manage bi-yearly performance review system
• Implementing and overseeing Performance Improvement Plans
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
or other issues
• Identifying employee related issues and implementing resolutions
• Developing and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy
• Managing employee compensation and benefits
• Nurture a positive working environment while maintaining the company culture
• Planning and overseeing corporate events
• Implementing and overseeing employee recognition programs
• Creating and overseeing KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)

Hours of Operation:

Monday: Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00/1:00 pm
